It can accommodate twins from birth and will accommodate two car seats as well as seats and a carrycot. Suspension

Folding
A 3 wheel double buggy folds pretty easily for storage. There are models that fold flat and stand up (as as if they were a pushchair) and those that are able to open up to reveal more umbrella-style folding with the option of a hand-operated break. In general the more wheels a buggy comes with the more able it will be to handle on rough terrain. This is especially true if your wheels are larger than the average size. You will have more stability, and it's less likely that you have to tip over or flip your child.
